Fox Creek Shiraz is sourced from a diverse array of vineyards and soil profiles in McLaren Vale, most the winery's own.

Each batch of fruit is fermented for one week on skins. Low intensity pump overs preserve the primary fruit characters in the wine.

The wine is pressed off skins to finish fermentation in tank and seasoned oak barrels. Maturation follows, mostly in older French and American oak.

Deep cherry red, Fox Creek Shiraz is a juicy, fruity wine with spicy notes, tactile tannins and focused acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
